Janny’s Honey Garlic Spare Ribs

  • 1 lb Spare ribs, bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tbsp Apricot jam
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp black Pepper
  • Roasted sesame seeds
  1. Marinate spareribs in jam, soy sauce, and garlic for 30 minutes
  2. In a large nonstick pan, sear spareribs over medium-high heat until no longer on
  3. Turn the heat down to medium and cover for 10-15 minutes until cooked through
  4. Season with black pepper and roasted sesame seeds
