- 1 lb Spare ribs, bite-sized pieces
- 4 tbsp Apricot jam
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp black Pepper
- Roasted sesame seeds
- Marinate spareribs in jam, soy sauce, and garlic for 30 minutes
- In a large nonstick pan, sear spareribs over medium-high heat until no longer on
- Turn the heat down to medium and cover for 10-15 minutes until cooked through
- Season with black pepper and roasted sesame seeds
