- 2 tbsp vegetable Oil
- 150 g Shrimp, chopped
- 150 g Chinese style barbecued pork, chopped
- 2 large Eggs
- 2.5 cup fresh cooked Rice
- 2 stalks Green onion, chopped
- 1.5 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- In a large wok or saute pan, heat vegetable oil over high heat
- Cook shrimp until no longer pink (You may heat up barbecued pork), then set aside
- Scramble eggs until 80% cooked and add cooked rice to mix
- Add shrimp and pork back in
- Add green onion
- Season with salt and soy sauce
