Yang Chow Fried Rice

  • 2 tbsp vegetable Oil
  • 150 g Shrimp, chopped
  • 150 g Chinese style barbecued pork, chopped
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2.5 cup fresh cooked Rice
  • 2 stalks Green onion, chopped
  • 1.5 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Soy sauce
  1. In a large wok or saute pan, heat vegetable oil over high heat
  2. Cook shrimp until no longer pink (You may heat up barbecued pork), then set aside
  3. Scramble eggs until 80% cooked and add cooked rice to mix
  4. Add shrimp and pork back in
  5. Add green onion
  6. Season with salt and soy sauce
